Smoothie

Who says that stuff that's good for you has to taste bad? An M13 Functional Juice smoothie is both a delectable fruit explosion and (basically) the healthiest thing in the history of human nutrition. Not to mention the ever-welcome boost it provides. Here's a loose recipe for an amazing morning smoothie.

1/2 bottle M13 Assistance

3/4 cup frozen blueberries (any berry will do)

3/4 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 ripe banana, cut into 1" pieces

Put ingredients into blender. Blend. Pour into cup. Drink. Feel great.
